Corrections

Report an error. We will check the evidence.

Photo apps, prices, operating-system requirements, and store listings change. Clear correction requests help keep the useful answer current.

How to report a correction

Email [email protected] with the page URL, the statement you believe is wrong, the correct information, and the closest primary source or reproducible evidence. Do not attach private photos, credentials, payment details, or sensitive personal information.

What happens next

  1. When a production record exists, we locate the claim and its recorded evidence. For older pages without a dedicated record, we audit the visible claim and its cited or available primary sources.
  2. We recheck the original source or reproduce the relevant test when possible.
  3. We correct a verified factual error promptly, clarify ambiguous wording, or explain why the available evidence does not support the requested change.
  4. We recheck affected titles, structured data, links, screenshots, dates, and related pages when the correction changes more than one surface.

Visible correction notes

A material correction is noted on the affected page when the error could have changed a reader's purchase, privacy, compatibility, or workflow decision. Minor spelling, formatting, and link repairs may be fixed without a public note. A page's review date changes only when the underlying facts, test, or recommendation received a substantive review.

Independence

Publishers, advertisers, affiliates, and sponsors may submit evidence, but they cannot purchase a correction, suppress an accurate result, or replace our wording with marketing copy. Corrections are decided from the evidence.
