Information we collect

Browser tools process selected photos locally on your device. Mend Pixels does not currently provide website accounts, paid credit packs, or uploaded AI processing. If you email us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to include.

How we use information

We use technical and support information to operate the site, diagnose problems, respond to messages, improve public content, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Photo processing

When you use a browser tool, the selected image is handled by your browser's built-in APIs. The image is not uploaded to Mend Pixels for those tools. Avoid sending sensitive original photos by email unless we specifically ask for a minimized sample needed to investigate an issue.

Legacy payment fulfillment

New purchases through Mend Pixels are disabled. For checkouts created before that retirement, a temporary signed webhook may still receive a completion notice from Creem so an already-paid order can be reconciled and fulfilled. That record can include purchase, checkout, order, customer, product, amount, currency, and provider-event identifiers; the provider event; and the status and limited response from the originating service's fulfillment callback. Mend Pixels uses this information only to verify the old order, prevent duplicate fulfillment, complete the purchased entitlement, investigate a failure, and meet applicable accounting, dispute, security, or legal obligations.

Hosting, security, and analytics

Cloudflare provides hosting, security, standard request logs, and aggregated web analytics. Logs may include an IP address, browser information, and requested pages. Cloudflare Web Analytics is configured without cross-site tracking cookies. These providers may process data in countries other than your own.

Cookies

We use essential browser storage only where needed for site operation, tool state, and privacy-friendly measurement. We do not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral tracking. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Retention

Support messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed for response, site reliability, security, and legal compliance. Legacy payment records are retained while old fulfillment, refund, dispute, accounting, security, and legal needs remain open; the webhook and its operational secrets will be removed after the provider retry window and outstanding records are closed, with historical rows handled under a separate retention decision. Aggregated analytics and security logs may be retained by our providers according to their policies.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you have sent to us. Some security or legal records may need to be retained. You can also manage browser storage through your browser settings.

Children

Mend Pixels is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. Material updates will be reflected by a revised effective date on this page.
