Using Mend Pixels

By accessing Mend Pixels, you agree to these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.

Browser tools

Mend Pixels browser tools are provided for local image preparation, editing, and inspection tasks. They run in your browser and may depend on browser APIs, device memory, selected file format, and image size. Always keep your own original files and review outputs before publishing or relying on them.

Your content

You retain your rights in images you select for local browser tools. You must have the right to process each image and must not use Mend Pixels to create, distribute, or facilitate illegal, non-consensual, deceptive, or rights-violating content.

Service availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular editing result. We may change tools, limits, features, or content prospectively. We may limit access to prevent abuse, address security issues, or comply with law.

Third-party services

Cloudflare provides hosting and security for the site. Links and editorial information about third-party apps are provided for general information; app pricing, features, and policies can change.

Intellectual property

Mend Pixels branding, original text, software, and design may not be copied, resold, scraped in bulk, or presented as another service without permission. Product names and trademarks belonging to third parties remain the property of their owners. Mend Pixels is independent and is not sponsored or endorsed by listed app publishers unless explicitly stated.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Mend Pixels is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using the site at any time. We may block traffic or requests that violate these terms, create risk, or misuse the service.
